Jul 20th 2010 9:09AM People...first of all..most of you who owe late payments is because of some legitimate calamity...sorry...but thier are alot of dead beats also...but for sure, don't be frightened off by one of these "bottom feeders" threatining you with jail..cannot happen...and if...for some reason they want to take you to court, you will have to be served..in person, so you will definately know your court date, if you miss that...you certainly will be found in contempt of court, which has nothing to do with the actual debt...

Jul 18th 2010 8:14AM Hunter...Excellent points..you cannot go to jail for (NOT) paying debts...but you can if you are legally summoned to appear in court, and do not show up...this is not just a letter in the mail, it has to be done in person (server) and handed to you...? You will know then...that you have been served...

Mar 4th 2010 2:32PM My first "touch of gray" was in my 26th year, I am now 40...it was in the very front, and it absolutely frightened me...my mom was 44 and had no gray hair...that we could tell...we lived in Eastern Europe, and believe me.,..you had to always look younger than you were to have a job or anything...not like here in the great USA.....
