Dec 23rd 2010 1:11PM I am 90% agreement with you on this list. And as the other commenters have said, there are many more which could have been added (Iron Man 2? Inception? The Fighter? Jonah Hex?). But I thoroughly enjoyed Kick Ass. It was what it was. Other than Red, we finally had a 'super hero' movie that wasn't straddled with a PG or PG13 rating, nor was its main concern the selling of toys and crap to children. We didn't see a Kick Ass Burger King Kid's Meal thank goodness. Granted it was no Wanted, but it was definitely an enjoyable popcorn movie that had a little more bite than your average superhero fare. My two cents. :)
Jun 17th 2010 2:47PM Great advice! I spend 20 -30 weeks a year on the road, yet have no problems. Three years ago I was around 250 lbs because of my road diet. These days, I am at 155. I am 5'8" so it shows :)
Don't get me wrong, I am just as guilty of the Rockstar/Cigarette diet some weeks, but for the most part, it is always possible to eat healthy and still travel.
I always ask for a room with a fridge so I can hit a grocery store -- your best bets? Individual tuna, fresh fruit, bags of spinach. You can get dressing, silverware, etc from the hotel. Always.
More importantly, skip the "free" breakfast. It's crap in most places and will just leave you sluggish. Buy your own fruit and yogurt.
Best part? By eating healthier on the road with groceries instead of eating out, I save my company money. I have one expense bill for food for one day on a multi-week project that is typically 1/4 of what most people would spend by eating out.
My two cents. :)

Jan 26th 2009 2:53PM I would have to say my favorite episode is an oldie but goodie -- Iceland. :) From the exhaustion he has when he leaves the gym (feeling like a wimp) to the whole nasty shark, I love good ol' Iceland.
