Aug 19th 2012 3:20PM ok for all of you on the why didnt the previous owners tell or disclose...its possible they purchased a foreclosed home. the bank DOES NOT have to disclose anything about the house because even if they KNOW they can clame they DONT know anything about the past of the history all they knoow is that they REPOSSESSED it. i made an offer on a house took over 3 months before any paperwork was being done . my realtor contacted the bank to be released so i could get in somewhere else faster.. found out it was because the house was FULL OF LEAD PAINT. and they KNEW we have three kids but couldnt reveal anything about the house and its completely LEGAL.. another house was local was a meth lab.. but at least on that one the bank said NOONE COULD ENTER.. so WTF was it on the market? the sherriff seize it , tore down the house.. and its still vacant property.. i believe the ground is toxic too and there is a shed still standing in the back i think should be tore down im sure they kept chemicals in it too...

i believe this to be true of any one you pay a bill with. THEY MUST GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE 30 days BEFORE A NEW BILL IS DUE IF IT IS GOING TO GO UP SO YOU CAN OPT OUT OR NOT. some people have their bills paid directly from their checking accounts and especially seniors may not be aware the bill went up..therefore they will be short in their bank account the next month.. that is a bunch of bull!!

Sep 3rd 2010 2:49AM you know that bands of the 80s are past their prime but the crap that keeps coming out cant even compare these kids DONT have talent most of them their voices are on synthesizers, the lyrics suck and we havent had REAL music in years.... and the style OMG the style. its an anything goes, whatever you are comfortable in and ive seen kids wearing stuff my grandma has in her closet, the spandex of the 80s are back out mixed with hippie clothes tie dyed, skinnies, flares,, gogo boots,, lmfao.. try getting a style of your own instead of mixing everything from the past.. i just laugh..

Aug 16th 2010 5:47PM ALL THREE of my kids got ALL of their vaccinations i always go back for the boosters. NONE of them have had side effects other then feeling a little icky the first 24 hours after.. next day they are fine... NONE Of them have autism or anything else wrong with them.. that is such BS.. i think its something in the water where these high cases of autism is turning up. theres something enviromental old factories closed down.. anyone ever watch CLASS ACTION with John Travolta as an attorney? based on a true story from where factories used to dump toxic waste in peoples back yards, in the water etc,, all where we unknowingly get into it.. someone would have to be accountable so they turn the attention away from where its REALLY coming from...
my oldest son got the whooping cough when he was young, he was vaccinated. it was scary we kept the window open in the winter and it didnt last long, he got just a mild case of it thankfully to the vaccine, his immune system didnt have time to be fully immune from it but it helped him from getting a severe case of it. the ice cold air of winter helped ease the symptoms.. vaccinations dont keep us from getting it completely , it makes the disease bearable and mild if we do end up catching something...
yes our parents had those round marks on their arms from mandatory innoculations. we need to go back to that. Denge (spelling) fever used to be known to tropical places people travel to, its now in the US... TB is on the rise...so are a number of others.. Vaccination is key to keeping the plague from making a comeback... there is more of a chance of your child dying from a preventable disease if you choose not to vaccinate then it is for that child to get autism!!!
the benefits OUTWEIGH the risks!! cuz now not only is your child going to get a deadly disease which is normally NOT deadly . but that child is going to pass it on to the rest of your family. his/her friends and their families etc.. IS IT REALLY WORTH IT???

Jul 25th 2010 2:38AM why are people so hateful towards realtors? you as a buyer or a seller are the ones that picked the one you have. you are more then welcome to shop around for a realtor. i didnt care for my first realtors demeanor so when it came time to relist my house i hired a new company and new person and i made a good friend from her. she was awesome! never met her before in my life but she is one awesome realtor. and now a good friend. its too long of a story to get into about the house we chose and why we chose it but we didnt have a choice and we both knew it was too small for my family so i told her when the market improves i want to sell again and i asked her if she wanted to sell again for me. she helped us find it and she was my seller... great lady! she changed companies because her old company starting taking more fees out of what she was making but it hasnt changed her abit
