After 37 Years, 'Neighbors From Hell' May Finally Face Eviction {AOL Real Estate}
May 18th 2012 9:25PM This is so Berkeley. Paralized by political correctness for 37 years. Cant get rid of violent drug dealers who just add on a few rooms for a "shooting gallery" for illegal drugs. Peter Klika, Kapaau, Hawaii. The Alcalas would last 37 minutes here.

Apr 11th 2012 4:05PM Why not extradite Marc Rich from Switzerland. He is the biggest tax cheat in US history ($230 million) but Bill Clinton pardoned him after his trust bunny wife gave $400,000 to Clinton's presidential library. Peter Klika, Kapaau, Hawaii

Apr 11th 2012 3:54PM This is the "Big Brother" of George Orwell's 1984. Who will it affect? The average wage earner who gets a W-2 . Who will not be affected? The rich and the powerful hiding behind high-priced attorneys. Our founding are spinning in their graves. Shame on Ms. Boxer.

Jun 22nd 2011 10:41PM Are we surprised here? Lucky he didn't kill some innocent victims. So pathetic that Americans worship this type of self-indulgent irresponsible behavior. And shame on our media for portraying this as some sort of "tragic event". What do the wannabe worship at any cost Americans think happens to people who go 130 mph when they are dead drunk? Peter Klika, Kapaau, Hawaii ( we don't worship people here who put others at risk)

Worst National Anthem Performances: 12 Star-Spangled Blunders {Spinner}
Feb 7th 2011 8:08PM She got more free publicity by doing it wrong rather than doing it right. Did she even bother to rehearse? Is the American media that naieve? Was Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" an accident or a carefully orchestrated publicity stunt. The American media can't see through a cheap publicity stunt even when begged to do so. have Roseanne scratch her crotch during the national anthem again. That;s how pathetic we have become. Peter Klika, Kappau, Hawaii ( we know the national anthem here-how quaint)
Madonna's Special Treatment Angers Virgin Airline Passengers {AOL Travel News}
Dec 20th 2010 6:42PM Do you really think this is about talent and acheivment? If it were Bernie Madoff Before he got caught) would you feel the same? How about Ken Lay who sunk Enron? Let's stretch this a bit: Osama bin Laden? A talented terrorist worth of special treatment?. Americans have sunk so low in their self-esteem they really beleive this kind of narcissitic BS. No wonder the world hates and mistrusts us. Aloha
Housing Woes Not Nearing an End {BloggingStocks}
Nov 15th 2010 1:42AM Great article. The dynamics have changed permanently. It is probably better to rent for the foreseeable future because rental values reflect what people can really pay for a home rather than what they think it might be worth in the future if they buy it. Housing is still way overvalued in the US. For example, my mortgage is about $2000 a month but I can rent the house next door (which is as good or better) for $1000. Get the picture? I'll take the extra $1000 per month and go travelling. Aloha. Peter Klika

Oct 13th 2010 1:29AM Why would any real person with a real life possibly care about this? My god. No wonder the rest of the world thinks American culture is supercillious. Would you trust someone's values who really beleived this was important? Peter Klika, Kapaau, Hawaii (far from the plastic people)
