Jan 23rd 2011 5:49PM It's difficult to find ANYHTING that's 100% American made these days. Unless you have a personal seamstress, you're wearing stuff made in OTHER countries. It's as simple as that. Very few American designers have their stuff made in the USA.

Jan 22nd 2011 10:02PM "Cheap" is not always a good thing in travel. You get what you pay for! Do your homework, ask questions, USE A GOOD TRAVEL AGENT!! I find Carnival ships loud and not condusive to relaxation...unless you wanna spend all day drinking and being a fool. That's been the atmosphere on my 3 Carnival trips...no more!
I much prefer Holland America Lines. Now that I am an adult, I like to travel like one..in comfort. The addage that HAL is for old folks, just isn't true, although they have a decidedly older clientel on the longer voyages, which is great. They are by no means OLD.

Feb 22nd 2009 6:54PM Waterford is one of my [many] favorite Irish cities, and I have been there often. I was, in fact, just planning another visit to the city in a few months. The Factory was always a favorite stop, and shop!! It's very sad that the world's economy [or lack thereof] is ruining so ,many lives. I, of course, blame the US's ruin on the bad management of the last 8yrs. But, I STILL plan to take a lot of Euro's and spread them around on my trip! Ireland, here I come! I've missed ya!!!!

Aug 7th 2008 11:29PM We had a similar case here, in San Diego, a number of years back. The guy died...and eventually [2 yrs, if I remember correctly] the bank repossessed the condo. NO ONE went into the house until it was sold and.....SURPRISE...DEAD GUY INSIDE. Mummified, too. His neighbors just shrugged. No one missed him. I felt badly for him! No one cared enough to miss him!
