The lanlord/s than are risking foreclosure will qualify to re-negotiate the loan and adjust the principal and interest rate to the actual market value only if they have not pull money out of the property. So the balance of the debt reflects clearly that they have been working diligently in order to make the payments. This is my point of view for qualification: I personally know some people that taking avdantage of the real estate market, they got a second over the "equity" of the property. Once they have the money, they invested in a new business, a second house or so. Then, the business they opened, went broke, now this people wants to start from scratch like the other people that have been paying diligently their mortgage.

Still I do believe that NOTHING happens without the pre-approval of the owner so called (by me) ring master. This athetes do what the boss said or else. This is entertainment and this guys needs to "entertain" their employers before they even consider to 'entertain' the public. I like the non-fixed matches. As we know the oil company will kill every electrical automotive project because it's revenues will decline. Same thing happen with the communication system. Like Microsoft for example. The phone system that belong to the owner of Telmex is another example and so on and on and on. This people controll not only 51% but up to 99% of the worlwide market. We are at the mercy of people with no ethics which only goal in this life is to suck as much blood out of youas possible (and as imossible too). Money changing hand is not bad at all, but when the money changes always to the same people's hands then is the problem. Selling out the social security benefits to a private party will end up in you and me having NO retirement money at all. Monopolies run the world, and day by day are less and less monopolies because ones are buying out the others. Is not going to be long before we will have only just one family of few members that will be the owners of 99% of the world economy, ruling our finances, our lives, our dreams, everything we have. Evil blessing those people.

But, if you ask your ancestors, they will CONFIRM that a certain point they were also ILLEGAL INMIGRANTS that eventually the descendents were born and raised in USA. That's what we are now. Trying to get an Inmigration Reform that will allow the UNDOCUMENTED people to became LEGAL citizens of USA. Your ancestors did not have that issue at their time because they all were ILLEGAL inmigrants that occupied a part of a Nation that did not belong to them and that was halt of the Mexican Territory. Now you forget (or unknow that), please DO some research and you will find out that you are the great-great-great son of an illegal inmigrant. May be after that you may change your mind, if not that's OK. That's a lot of people out there that still believes that the planet Earth still has a flat shape so is a flat head.

A native "American" is trying to buy a home by credit while the overseas investors are buying it all CASH. Don't lose your time discusing about Speaking "English" or not. You better speak the language of JOBS to re activate our current economy. A and B are fighting each other while C is silencely taking advantage of that and taking all from us. Thanks to our past and present Presidents and Governors that sold us out to the best bidder. Overtaking under-the-table deals to overkill the economy pocketing billions of dollars that they won't be able to spend even if they would live 10000 years. The median-class has disapeared, now they are the poor people. What about the previous poor people? We are now surviving thanks to overpaying taxes, living in substandard garages in order to make our bill payments. We have lost our homes, cars, jobs, and the politicians are gambling (to lose) our future. Dear presidents, bankers and Mrs. I'll be back, my question is: how much is enough?

Oct 15th 2009 11:14PM No wonder, schools classes are getting closed, teachers are getting fired and schools are getting older and older. One reason why I use to play lotto, was not really because I had faith in wining the "big one" rather a small price, but the main reason was that part of that "revenue" was directly for school projects. How stupids we are. Since a lot of years ago, schools don't get the promised funds from the lottery organizers. This is Vegas taking your money with false promises that education will benefit from this funds.
