May 21st 2009 10:49PM WELL RACHEL and the adults above, I am a teenager and I plan on practicing abstinence. It's a personal choice and yes, being taught abstinence has helped, so let's not go straight to "just use protection" because you personally were loose when you were a teen. I plan on keeping my virginity because #1 I don't believe in abortion, second, I don't want my future husband screwing around with other girls before me, and third, it's what my faith teaches. THE END! =)

Bill was the person at fault in the Clinton scandal... not his DAUGHTER! His cheating on Hilary said a lot about his character, but his lying under oath is what set people off.
