The Soggy Dollar is known for creating the Painkiller. Recipe -- 2 oz Pusser's dark rum 1 oz cream of coconut 4 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice Shake or stir ingredients, and pour over ice in a tall glass. Shave fresh nutmeg on top, and serve. Repeat. 23/06/09
