First Class Galley

This is a beverage insert. We fill these inserts with things we'll need during the flight. This one has OJ, water, napkins, sugar, stir sticks, limes / lemons, cream, milk, and Champagne. In coach, the insert is placed on top of the rolling beverage cart. The insert pictured will remain in the first class galley because fligt attendants hand run drinks in first class. 20/11/08
