Holding the title of first national park in the world, Yellowstone was established in 1872 and is still one of the most beautiful places on Earth. The park features numerous hot springs and majority of the world's geysers, including the largest hot spring in the United States, Grand Prismatic Spring, and the famous Old Faithful. There are also waterfalls, four mountain ranges and about 60 species of mammals. Through a hike in Yellowstone, one may encounter elk, bison, grizzly bears, lynx and gray wolves.
