Yes they've recently changed the law, the immigration department has been improving year on year - funnily enough it is quite easy to set up shop here, I became a permanent resident 3 years ago, took about 3 months to get everything together but proudly did it without a single bribe or paying a 'gestor' :-)

Where do you plan to visit? There are so many places in the countryside to see!
