Ignorance is really a daring thing, Mr. Seminara!!! Where did you got the idea that Panama has a "no questions asked" banking system? Try to open a bank account in Panama and you'll see what stringent anti money laundering regulations mean; not like in the US where you REALLY can open a bank account with your driver license and NO questions will be asked.
