It´s funny to see how a company like Emirates have some wonderful facilities , i came from Bangkok caming from Rio and used terminal A and the A380 last january ,and got amazing impressed with terminals , amenities ,etc...
But you now what , Emirates have direct flights from Rio to Dubai but does not have a telephone for Rio´s customer , you have to call São Paulo !!!! and there´s no free number , would you imagine a New Yorker American have to make reservations trough Emirates calling California paying their expense for the call ?
Besides that , after calling São Paulo you will have to wait a lot online waiting for service , for sure there are not enough people to hold their business here, by the way im a Gold Skyward memeber, again if the one side of the company it´s amazing there are still a lot work to do here in Brazilian market.
I also let them now this situation talking to some Brazilian Staff and also on e mail and letters of comment left at the business lounge in Dubai.
