That aside, I don't spend a lot of time taking iPhone pics of my food. It's something I do now and then if I want to share something with friends. If a restaurant prohibited photography, I would choose another restaurant.
No restaurant can really prohibit photography. They can tell you that you aren't welcome on their property, but it's not like they can legally tell you what to do with your own property - even while in their property. If they say "get out", I'll leave. If they try to tell me that I can't take photos, I'll prove them wrong.
