As a Holland native (came here in 1967) my mouth started to water just from reading about the Herring,it was the last food my Mother asked for before she passed away,that's how much we Dutchies, love it ! And probably the thing I miss the most, besides eel!
I noticed the address mentioned in the report about Amsterdam , was Zeedijk, as far as I know that is not "The" address for Art,mostly redlight district?
