I haven't heard of a flexible fare...how does one get that? I did book onboard royal Caribbean and was told I could get a lower price possibly later if I found the same trip. However, I had two connecting cabins...so even though I did find the cruise listed at a lower price by delta airlines I think I assume (perhaps wrongly) that I wouldn't be able to get the lower price because I had been given specific cabins, one of which was handicapped and the other across the hall in a promenade room. What do you suggest for the future and also is there a way now to get a discounted price? I think I paid full fare.
