Crazy Airplane Landing Captured On Video
Lots of things make me uncomfortable about this video (including the music) but the most gut-wrenching is probably the final approach that this pilot takes towards the air strip. It's an acrobatic, if not risky way to land an airplane, but it sure does make for some sensational video. Skip up to 2:00 if you want to cut down on the superfluous music and footage.

Seems like a guy who is in complete control of his airplane and knows the capabilities of his craft.
And with skydivers, the pilot knows to get the heck out of the area as quickly as possible. Which is what he did.

I'm sure that's what most pilots say if they could talk after the crash. Bottom line, the airplane is not approved for those maneuvers and therefore is not legal. If you wouldn't do it with an FAA examiner on board, then you shouldn't do it period. This happens each and every day when hauling jumpers so most people just deal with it. But it only takes one mistake.

1) Aircraft was operated in Brazil - US regs don't apply
2) > airplane is not approved for those maneuvers
Airplane appeared to be operated at a positive 1G load. Not stressful at all
Although that decreasing radius turn at the end looks a little exciting...

No parachute, no shoulder harness, violation of 91.13 (careless and reckless operation) and likely a violation of the aircraft's limitations.
We all did stupid things in an airplane (never this stupid though) ... but I've been smart enough not to allow someone to film it and publish it on the web.
When the FAA sees this, he is going to get violated, there's no doubt in my mind.
