The car is a 1928 A model Ford Tourer. It has been fitted with 1932~36 wire wheels. The 1928 A wheels had quite small hub caps.
The T model had wooden spokes on the majority of their models, and as mentioned was very slender and stood quite high.
The same body A model body was retained through to 1932 with the exception of the radiator surround which was rounded off and painted ( not chrome)
The 32 ford was a "B" model, and was fords first V8 motor. Some people referred to it as the (Advanced A model) This V8 engine served the US well in many ways during WW2, powering small tracked bren gun carriers, trucks, boats, and a few planes. This engine powered Ford vehicles till 1955, both trucks and cars.
