It would be fine if it didn't seem like the entire business model is "trick the customer into screwing themself." Also dudes, they cancel flights like no ones business. When that happens they wont refund you and they wont book you on another airline. That my friends is not a service called air travel. That is called fraud. When you enter into contract to provide a service and renig on the contract, you give all the money back. Anything else is theft. Spirit airlines is bullshit.
