These TSA folks seem to be regularly referred to as "Officers", when in fact, they have no federal law enforcement training. They are not officers; they are agents, and while they have a job to do, they have no law enforcement authority. The writer did include that term at one point, but mostly used the term "officers".
BTW, I'm done flying commercial until some common sense screening shows up. I refuse to be irradiated or groped.
