Just One Boomer (Suzanne) said...
Whenever I've been an expat on Thanksgiving, there has been urge to find other Americans with whom to share Thanksgiving, even if they're not particularly close by and even if Thanksgiving has to be celebrated on some day other than the fourth Thursday in November. Conversely, when in the United States, we've often invited non-USers to their first Thanksgiving dinner at our house. It just seems that they should experience this quintessential Americana.
