After charging one overweight passenger for an extra seat, they had the nerve to try to put a standby passenger in the seat the overweight passenger was forced to pay for. The overweight passenger refused to allow it, and the flight was held up for about 45 minutes until the issue was settled. The overweight passenger paid for the extra seat in cash, and said he would give up the seat if the airline gave him cash back. They didn't have cash at the gate, and the flight took off with the seat empty.
