The reason Super 8 and Best Western hotels did better in this investigation is that the managers responsible for the cleaning staff have experience cleaning. If you were to survey the big hotels like Fairmont and Sheraton there are suits managing the cleaning staff that have no clue what is involved in cleaning and don't know anything about disinfection. How can they train cleaning staff. This is the real issue and it is a shame. It wasn't this way before. These hotels should get back to basics.
