Cool photos. I actually have been doing this technique with my photography since I published my book, "Ghosts of the Field, America's Most Hallowed Grounds, Yesterday & Today" in 2003. My photos involve the American Civil War.

I am getting ready to release my follow-up volume next Spring and was surprised to see this story. I've always wondered how the technique would work with all the photos from WWII, I'm glad to see it looks great.
