I can relate to the complaint of having to travel with pets, out of control children and rude passengers. On a return vacation trip from southern California there was a family who sat behind me with the child from HELL!!!! this child continuously kicked the back of my seat, had temper tantrums, threw food in all directions while the parents sat as if this was no disturbance at all, you would think they got the message from all the stares and complaints from other passegers. To add to that bit of FUN! the seatmate next to me had his pet dog in a duffel bag, although the dog was a much better experience than the child, I was uncomfortable traveling with a dog on a plane.I always thought pets were to travel in the cargo hold, why would an airline allow pets to travel with their passengers?
Although I enjoy Southwest airlines I was not happy about that flight at all.And I have used their services for 10 years. To bad we can't have more say concerning who we have as a seatmate.
