FR: I understand your point here .. still ...it is not really fair to suggest that those with only GED's are not trustworthy... while those with Ivy League Degrees would never consider making Inside Trading deals and ripping off our country by Billions.
In the end.. honest people are honest and dishonest people are ... dishonest.
