How right you are. Not long ago, my wife lost/misplaced her iphone charger while staying at the Marriott West Palm Beach. She went to check if it had been turned it, and was surprised when she was handed a large box full of chargers to look through. When she told the front desk clerk that she hadn't found one, the clerk told her to choose one from the box and sent her happily on her way.
