This article couldn't be more incorrect. Juniper is using Le Whaf as a complimentary treat in between courses. Almost like an intermezzo but in the form of a cloud. They do not encourage it as a dietary alternative or as a meal replacement...it is simply a unique way of enjoying flavours. Please get your facts straight before you write published articles... it is not on the menu...they do not charge...it is not meant to help diners cut down on portion sizes, it is meant to compliment the food they are eating. Get it right or don't do it at all!!!! I can't believe how inaccurate your info is...so sad!
