Great event and awesome weather. My only suggestion is to have better control over Government street for how you set the artist's up. May I suggest one of two ways:
1) you have the artist in the middle of the street with line on other sides for better crowd control...have breaks between artist so that people can flow arond them or
2)have a middle walk way with the artist's setting up on the East or West side of the street....this would allow for uninteruppted flow of on-looker's.

Thanks again for bringing this and the "Busker's" to Victoria....keep up the great work!
