I still remember interviewing for Pan Am a hundred years ago. They posed the situation: You're working in a dry cleaners, and you're all alone at the counter. A customer comes to pick up his order, his suit for an important business meeting that afternoon, say... or maybe his wedding..... You look everywhere and can't find it. The store owner is not available by phone. What would you do? (I said I would turn on the machine that makes all the clothes go around and ask him if he saw anything else he liked. ha ha ha.)(I didn't get the job :-()
