I read all the comments above and think they all have merit! How does anyone sleep 18 hours on an airplane, doesn't have to use the bathroom, takeoffs and landings, passengers boarding and disembarking (no noise there, huh!!??) and the list goes on! And, BKBLUE is right! The airline did NOT have to fly her free back to Paris! It was this woman's responsibility to be awake when she arrived in Paris, not the airlines!
