Killed no, but maimed for life after being shot at Rabat, in April 2007, yes. I was there, saw police shooting at families and friends just walking up the road. We can also mention the police and thugs attacking a large number of persons that were just claiming their right ( court approved and with permits) to gather for a meeting (November 2006). Numerous occasions of thugs that were not controlled by the police, attacking us students at University.
We might excuse Mr Cacciatolo if he had been suffering of clinical amnesia, but this does not seem to be the case. Considering that the same people that formed part of the government at that time are still active within the present party in opposition, and can soon be ministers in a new government, I believe that this is a case of selective amnesia and an attempt to change recent history. I would have thought that on become a mature person, Mr Cacciatolo would have at least accepted that mistakes were done.
