Perfect for my team and me; a majority of us get together and work out after a long day anyway. Recently we have been assigned a greater challenge, which will involve traveling on business more frequently for Dish. This gave me the idea that we could build our cores up while we are kicking butt as a team to help us continue to be healthy. I have found Eat Well for Business as a personal nutrition guide is awesome as well as Dish Remote Access for hotel treadmills. I have always found that distracting part of my brain during endurance training is a key element; watching a movie with visual aid works fantastic.
