Wow.....When a person is that adamant about not going, you let them sit down. I skydived when I was in my 20s and they did not put pressure on you then....
I smell lawsuit....a justified one at that!

Must be an American, lawsuits everyones answer. Refund her money at the most and send her on her way. It will not be a justified lawsuit, she is alive and suffered no severe injuries according to news articles.
