I am with Alex the repair lineman, I do high rise facade inspections and the risk is what you make of it, you use your head...harnessed in or not, if the thermals rise up a building face and the swing moves off the building 6 feet or the wind picks up out of no where and blows the rig crazy,it adds another silver hair to my head but you keep your cool.
A micro burst of wind and one of those guys flew off, you would of seen that other guy in the walkway! Fast!
