Love the story..can't wait to read the end. A 2nd generation Maltese American from San Francisco..LOL..I have an aunt Carmen Muscat in the bay area, and we also have a St. Paul of the Shipwreck Catholic Church as well..and I long for a good Pastizzi..haven't had one since Nuna died in 69..Hopefully I will be able to visit my grandparents home town of Valetta some day. As well as my husband who's great grand father Guiseppi Cassar left Malta to help build the Panama Canal and ended up establishing the Port of Corinto in Nicaragua. I guess it was destiny that these 2 Mali's (my husband and I) eventually find each other and get married. Love being Maltese..so unique..I alway's got A's as a kid doing book reports on the island that most people didn't know about..ha!
