Alot of really uninformed and ignorant comments here, most not worth the reply, but you are right Jerry. And the Do nothing Senate, even when the Dems were in power, the Right party of NO blocked everything, forcing the President to back down to their zero compromise position on everything and now we have no public option on the health care plan, which would have helped most Americans AND brought down health care costs, So the party of No says, No, and than attacks as to why is there no public option which THEY stopped in the first place!
Second, the party of NO wants to go back to the last ten years of failed BUSH TAX cuts which we all know now with absolute certainty failed and do not work, yet half this country on the right want to go that path , which is austerity like in Europe to favor the wealthy top 1% and lead this economy into further recession. It is incredible. And they on the Right, throw around the "Constitution" like they are law school scholars but are clueless. The President was a Constitutional Law professor and I too studied Constitutional Law and that balance of powers in the Constitution is precisely about interpretation of the law and its application which can be passed upon by the Courts as directly mandated in the Constitution! BTW-I won't reply futher it isn't worth it but for Jerry is correct! Steve B's Go America!
