Free toilets are next on the "hit" list. Ryan air in Europe already has implemented a charge and their are idiots who fly this airline and allow this business model to flourish. It will eventually migrate over to the states and people will accept it because they are sheep - it will only take a few airlines to implement this before they all join - just like the temporary baggage fees started to offset fuel costs - now they are permanent and will never go away as they are a huge profit maker for the airlines. We need high speed train travel in the states to offer an alternative to flight just like in Europe (I just don't see the support or fore-sightedness for this to happen though (sigh)).
