Perhaps Guam is a much friendlier place for Chinese visitors than other parts of the US including Hawaii. With all the fanatic attituded of Homeland Security it's mostly impossible for Chinese people to get visas to come to the US while hoardes of Mexican and others daunt across the borders mostly unnoticed. America needs serious immigration reform and removal of the zealots that have commandeered the immigration system including improper running of American Embassies that used to welcome those who wished to come and visit or become citizens.
