Well, perhaps congress has just begun to listen to the people, because they have no choice. TSA has the ability to to far too-much in terms of "protecting the country," at the same time as not implementing protocols in conjunction with customer service-- for lack of a better term. But now, there should be some light at the end of the tunnel regarding the authorization power that TSA holds.
Lets hope for the best... if that isn't thinking too optimistically.
