Travel Like a Boss: Onboard Singapore Airlines new A380 out of JFK
Casting away most comforts afforded a modern traveler, Gadling Labs typically ventures out as cost-effective as possible; be it on a boat, the back of a pickup truck or the occasional Mongolian yak. But when Singapore Airlines announced they were bringing the A380 to the United States, we couldn't resist. Packing our bags for JFK we checked in on the new aircraft which started service among Singapore, New York and Frankfurt late last month. Check out our exclusive tour below.

Josh. He has thick glasses and he looks like such

Judith Thom - and all of your other posts with made-up names on this article. We're sure that you're all the same person - posting the same, hateful comments against this reporter guy (He's actually pretty handsome with a cute smile, and has a nice, lean build- and he's not "skinny". That's right, it's all subjective) However, all of your comments say the same, hateful things -- just shuffled around a bit. They are personal attacks against him and have no connection with the article at all. And, he does a good job on this assignment. Are you venting on this guy for some stupid reason? Give it a rest child and become " A REAL ADULT" as you say in one of your fake "Betty" poster comment. Keep up the good work Josh!

story is such a joke. He is dressed in a tacky shirt;
he is too casual. He is hardly a reporter. Who sent
him to report on this story? Show more professionalism,
please. We do not want skinny wannabe hispter nerds

This past summer while on a ("roadtrip"), my wife and I went to a parking garage at the north end of the San Francisco airport just to watch a Luftansa A380 take off for Frankfurt. It was impressive. They seemed quieter than the 747 while taking off.
I've flown on the first generation of 747s. Sure would like to fly on the newer generation as well as the 787, being used on limited routes and only in Asia, and the A380 just to say I've flown on one.
