Super Bowl Winners have wild plane ride home, with rings
Winning his second Super Bowl MVP, Eli Manning led a fourth-quarter touchdown drive on Sunday night taking the New York Giants to a 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots in an exciting finish to an NFL season.
"It's been a wild game," Manning, who now has one more Super Bowl title than his older brother told FoxNews. "It's been a wild season."
Apparently not quite ready for it all to end, players on the flight home had a wild time too, celebrating on the plane. We wish all flights were like this.
Manning went 30 for 40 for 296 yards, with one touchdown pass and zero interceptions but credit was given the Giants wide receivers, including Puerto Rican standout Victor Cruz who made a big difference in this game.

Whimpy,
You must have him confused with someone else. He is one of the toughest QB's in the NFL. Climb back under whatever rock you just crawled out from to make that stupid comment you loser!!!!

The better team won, The better coach won, and the better QB won!!!!

Bob.......you are a pickle smoker. All that pickle you been smoking has clouded your judgement. Try watching the last 2 superbowls that were played against these two teams. Brady? not in the 4th quarter-

hey bob, do u got one too?....... didnt think so.
joan719 Feb 6th 2012 7:53PM
Totally agree, Bob! The entire team of Giants lack class. That alone, takes the thunder out of their win.

So I guess the captain turned off the seatbelt sign?

I am so happy, not so much because NY won, but that the Patriots didn't. I just think they have a dirtbag for a coach. I proved that when released a player and pick up another the day before the biggest game of the year.

So Bob, do you really judge people by how they look, and people who are not as shallow as you should go hide in a corner?
In this case I like the anonimity of the internet as getting an opportunity to get to know or even be near someone with your values would make me ill! Grow up!

Did you ever think that maybe he is referring to the man's actions and not his looks, although they could be worked on too with as much money as he makes the cut up sweatshirts for a head coach are getting a bit old! Dirt bag, such as one who cheats, who does not treat all players the same, etc. Not as in one who isn't handsome or doesn't bathe regularly. Get the idea now

Why did the article of the writer, Chris Owen, find it necessary to single out "Puerto Rican standout" when mentioning Victor Cruz? Why not "wide receiver standout?" No mention of MVP Eli Manning's enthinicty, so why the double standard? Last time I heard, Cruz was from NY. What's happened to Journalistic standards?
ann Feb 6th 2012 4:51PM
u mean writer of the article, i think
Jack Feb 6th 2012 4:54PM
He's quoting a story from Fox dumbass, read tha dang thing
Michael Feb 6th 2012 5:57PM
Why would that dumb ass writer talk about his race? why wouldn't he he mention just wide reciever. This reminds me of when Doug Williams was in the Superbowl with the Washington Redskins and they was playing the Denver Bronco's and John Elway and that dumb ass commintator Jimmy the Greek said that black people should stick with what they are good at. I guess a black man can't be a Quarter Back :). wow the nerve of some people. But I am sure Victor Cruz don't mind because he is a SuperBowl champian. Not those sorry ass Patriots.

It is a wonder with all those 300 pounders dancing on that plane, that they didn't bring it down. Both teams played a good game, but the odds were in favor of the Giants. One thing this team needs to do, is not bully other teams and players with nasty comments, and most of all, get some class, like the Patriots always have had. But, that's New York, for ya!
