To me I don't think it's always a money thing, you can pour all the money into any of these countries you want and it will eventually go back looking the same b/c you haven't changed the people, their greed,the violence, the drugs,the corruption in the governments. Mineral-rich Kinshasa (Congo)is a good example here you have a country that could have had hope but with all of the greed and "men's hearts", you really need to change the people from within, then you will see change
