As someone who travels with a dog alot, I'd add a collar with ID tags, phone # of someone who can be reached at home, your cell#, and maybe your vets #. Also take a couple of GOOD pictures of your dog, front view and side veiw, groomed and ungroomed, in case they do get lost you can share the pictures with folks who may help you look for the dog. Keep th pictures in an envelop with the shot records, can be taped to the crate.
