I once played "elbow wars" with a guy most of the way from San Francisco to Boston, we never uttered a word, nor did we make eye contact, but we continued to ram and jab each others elbows until one would knock the other off, claiming a silent victory, for a brief instance. It all came to end when the "other" man, got up to use the lav, and I decided it was Game Over and I flipped up the armrest-Yeah take that Elbow man!
