Well I live in kuwait, and one answer to your issue is that kuwaiti cuisine is usually enjoyed at home due to the heavy nature of it. However there are at least 12 different places to get good kuwaiti food. Yes kuwaiti food is a blend of other cuisines, but FYI so is other food around the world. In case you were unaware, there were no borders when god created this place called earth. But I guess being someone from the U.S who is used to real authentic American Food like a classic hamburger (from hamburg germany) or a Taco (another great american authenticity) you would be disappointed in the Kuwaiti rich cuisine.

Another thing I found interesting about your article is ""They also don't arrive expecting to see pitbulls, to smoke marijuana, to watch Michael's Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11, or to look at any sort of pornography. Yes it is astonishing to see such a country that bans and looks down on all the great values and luxuries of a successful and bustling society such as the one you obviously grew up in (Porn, marijuana, and go looking for pitbulls) ..... interesting.

Finally, I live here, and Im happy here, and yes there is lots to do. Just got to know what to do. But I guess for tourists that come with an intent to get high as a kite, get excited over porn, and go looking for a dog to bang, then Kuwait isnt the place you wanna go.

P.S isn't a pitbull too agressive? I thought you might prefer a much more tame species, might I suggest a golden retriever?
