Yes, I do know that there is a resort called Jackson Hole Ski Resort. I'm sorry if the title offends you, but the article makes it very clear, very quickly, exactly which resort is for sale and links to the original source for the story.

Whether or not you feel that Snow King is a resort is obviously up to your interpretation, but having read this story on three other locations, and seeing them all refer to Snow King as a "resort," I feel confident in the use of that term.
