what if one of them fell, and landed on the windshield of a car below? It would kill anybody in the front seat as well as the one who fell, and probably permanently traumatize anybody else who witnessed it..............

Jim, you're an idiot. If one of them fell, they wouldn't fall ON a windshield unless they jumped outward and intended to, which would be suicide and murder, but apparently no one died and no one was hurt, sorry to burst your bubble. So I don't really want to hear about your "what ifs" if they actually didn't get hurt and more importantly they didn't actually hurt anyone else doing it.
Until then, you can't complain.
