It's all about the men who don't even bother to lift the toilet seat and pee on the seat itself.
And then can we talk about the 6 inch radius around the front of the toilet where men "miss" the target. Maybe there could be a toilet designed where a little door opens up, out comes a squeegee which sprays and wipes that area clean.
Then we can address the problem of men who love to pat the front of their pants when they leave a bathroom. I don't know if they're just checking to make sure it's still there.
