I recently ate at The Cheesecake Factory in Los Angeles. They have their own rendition of tapas. You can order "quick plates" or "taster plates" for $ 5 each with a big selection. If you have 4 in your party and each person orders 2 you have 8 different types of foods to share & taste. I wish more restaurants would do something like this. Its especially good for people (like me) that cant make up their minds and want a taste of everything!
